In today’s video we go over two dividend stocks. These two stocks could be stocks to buy right now.

Why is that? The price to earnings ratios are extremely low, at 10x earnings or less.

The dividend payout ratios are safe in their respective industries.

Both stocks have been increasing dividends over the last few years, one stock has increased dividends close to 10% per year, the other has a lower dividend growth rate, say between 3 and 5%.

However, the stock that grows their dividend only 3% to 5% per year, has a dividend yield of close to 8%.

The other stock has a dividend yield of close to 4% at this point in time.

It’s all about building a passive income machine, maximizing your dollars and reaching financial freedom. These two stocks could be great for different types of investors.

On one hand, the lower yielding stock at 4%, could be nice for a dividend stock investor that wants their income to grow at a higher ate in the future.

On the other hand, the stock yielding almost 8% could be for a nice dividend stock investor that is nearing or in retirement, as this stock can provide a heavy passive income stream for you, paying for your every day expenses, right away.

After watching the YouTube video, do you like any of the two dividend stocks? Would you buy any of the stocks right now?
