But interestingly, I also do see a lot of organizations investing more money into community because I think they see it as a longevity play.

Whereas you look at many of the traditional marketing tactics, things like paid ads, things like putting on events, and those—those are kind of like one-time or short-term fixes, whereas community is really an investment that I think can pay dividends over many, many years.

And so I think that’s in hard times people tend to look at like, what are the investments I can make that are really going to drive ROI, longer term, and that aren’t just a quick like sugar rush, if you will.
