President-elect Trump announced that he has selected Arkansas investment banker Warren Stephens to serve as the United States ambassador to the United Kingdom.
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On Monday afternoon, President-elect Donald Trump announced via social media that Arkansas native Warren A. Stephens has now been nominated to serve as the United States Ambassador to the Court of St. James’s.
“Warren has always dreamed of serving the United States full time. I am thrilled that he will now have that opportunity as the top Diplomat, representing the USA to one of America’s most cherished and beloved Allies,” Trump posted Monday on his social media network Truth Social.
With this role, Stephens would serve as the US ambassador and representative to the United Kingdom.
