Texas AG start looking into WFA for media platform boycotts [Video]

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Thursday that his team will start an investigation into a group called the World Federation of Advertisers.

Paxton wanted to find out if that group was conspiring to boycott certain social media groups. He didn’t name social media groups in his official statement, but experts suggest it’s likely about Elon Musk’s X as some companies stopped advertising on that platform.

Musk already filed a suit against the WFA, three months ago for antitrust violations ever since he took over X. The WFA represents big names, like Coca-Cola, IBM, and CVS.
