Submissions open for Lion’s Den food and drink start-up competition [Video]

Applications have opened for the Lion’s Den food and beverage pitching competition, run by brand agency Bradley, which carries a top prize of €6,000 worth of marketing agency spend.

The annual competition, which has been running since 2016, is managed by Bradley and the Dublin Food Chain, a collaboration between the four Dublin Local Enterprise Offices, Bord Bia and the Irish Exporters Association.

The competition will see aspiring owner-led food and beverage start-ups pitch live on stage to a panel of industry experts and entrepreneurs.

The top prize will see a €5,000 prize package of agency spend with Bradley, including digital strategy, creative evaluation and mentoring, as well as an additional €1,000 in digital ad spend.

Andrew Bradley, founder of Bradley, said that his firm aims to “champion SMEs and owner-operated enterprises”.
