Strictly Come Dancing’s Movie Week special had everyone on the edge of their seats, but the results show on Sunday night left the audience rather perplexed.
Minutes after the beginning of the results episode, viewers were scratching their heads and immediately took to Twitter, now X, to voice their dissatisfaction with a noticeable change in the show’s format particularly the absence of the iconic opening group performance by the professional dancers that traditionally kicks off the evening.
A viewer expressed confusion: “They’re opening with the results first? ? don’t they nearly go straight into a pro dance? ? ? #Strictly.” Meanwhile, another fan lamented: “WHY DO THEY KEEP CHANGING THE FORMAT #scd.”
