Rascal’s Tavern in Greensboro robbed for third time [Video]

GREENSBORO, N.C. — The owner of a Triad restaurant said his business was just recently robbed for the third time.

Sharing photos on social media, Rascal’s Tavern owner Jessie Borgione in Greensboro showed that a burglar had shattered the front door to enter the store. The restaurant is located on Golden Gate Drive at the Golden Gate Shopping Center.

A still from security camera footage appeared to show the suspect holding a hammer near the building’s front entrance.

When the burglar couldn’t find any money to take, they made off with bourbon instead, Borgione said.

It is unclear if this incident is related to any of the previous robberies.
