A restaurant in the Fenway neighborhood shut its doors after 33 years in business.Thornton’s Fenway Grille on Peterborough Street permanently closed on Monday. The business announced the news on social media.The owner did not provide a reason, but said they’re grateful for all the great customers and staff over the last three decades.”We’re sad to announce that we’ll be closing our doors this afternoon. Thank you to our neighbors, friends and family for making Thornton’s so special,” the owners posted on Instagram.Fans were quick to react to the news.”Love you guys!!!
