Oakes Road business owners report eBay fraud: Brecksville Police Blotter [Video]

BRECKSVILLE, Ohio

Theft, Oakes Road: On July 12, the owners of Top To Bottom Renovations came the police station after discovering they were victims of fraud.

An officer talked to the owners, who said they found three unauthorized charges were placed on the Oakes Road company’s credit card.
