MOORHEAD, Minn. (Valley News Live) – Minnesota State University held their ribbon-cutting ceremony today for the new Christianson Alumni Center.
The center is designed to serve alumni, students, faculty and friends of the university.
This place will be a place where we can convene, people can use it as a meeting space, and move the whole community forward, including the university,” Dr. Timothy Downs, the President of MSUM says.
The center includes meeting rooms, event space, and new office space for staff who focus on networking, professional development on social events.
“This building is symbolic, and it just confirms that Dragons are rising,” Dr. Downs says.
The new center is located across the campus gates.
