WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) – WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) -Today marked the start of the 2024-2025 academic year at Midwestern State University, welcoming both current and new students after the summer break in Wichita Falls.
Senior business management student Kristyn Gates, despite her busy schedule, expressed her excitement about returning to campus.
“I’m just excited to get it going, get organized, and just stay on top of all my classes. I work for Midwestern State University housing. I’m a resident assistant in Sundance, black student union, and also, I work for a host here at MSU as well, the front desk staff,” Gates, said.
Students like Gates are a key reason Priddy Scholar Coordinator Ryan Kelly has set several goals to enhance the student experience this year.
