The Maryville Police Department said Nate Robinson, a corporal with the department and a member of its SWAT team, had died.
MARYVILLE, Tenn. — The Maryville Police Department said it lost a corporal Friday morning after a “short but courageous battle with cancer.”
On social media, the police department said Nate Robinson was a field training officer and a member of the department’s SWAT team. It said he was 33 years old and had joined the police department in 2013, before being promoted to corporal in 2022.
“Please keep his family, his friends and co-workers at the Maryville Police Department in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time,” the police department said on social media.
