Marie Morse honored as Hometown Hero | Hometown Heroes [Video]

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) — Marie Morse is being honored for the positive impact she continues to have on the community. 

“I was really honored,” said Morse. 

Morse has been working at Homestead Resources for 39 years.

The goal of the organizations is to keep families in their homes.

“So we work on that through various ways, we do it by doing credit and budgeting financial education,” said Morse. “We also teach people how to become a homeowner and we teach people their rights and responsibilities of rentals and the leases. That’s so important in Indiana”

Morse says she enjoys what she does and she absolutely loves helping people.
