Lowe’s apologizes as shopper forced to ‘wait 30 minutes for worker to open cage’ and vows to leave for Home Depot [Video]

LOWE’S has apologized to a shopper who was left waiting in-store for half an hour before he threatened to go to a rival.

The home improvement retailer issued their apology on X after being called out on the social media platform.

“@Lowes been waiting 30 minutes in North Stockton location for someone to open a cage for me,” frustrated shopper Josh Hiatt said.

To make matters worse, it was not the first time this had happened to Hiatt.

“Same as last weekend I needed a new tool for a project. Leaving for Home Depot in 5 min,” he added.

The retailer responded online 30 minutes later, vowing to address the issue.
