KFC on Hamilton expected to re-open in January [Video]

SIOUX CITY — The KFC location on Hamilton Boulevard, which closed down this fall for a remodel, is on track to open its doors again after the New Year. 

A spokesperson for Yum! Brands, the parent company of KFC, said in an email that the restaurant at 1500 Hamilton Blvd. “is expected to open back up around mid-January.” 

The other KFC location in Sioux City, at 3001 Singing Hills Blvd., remains open. South Sioux City’s former KFC on Cornhusker Drive closed several years ago; the building is now home to a Chinese restaurant.
