This event is one of the main fundraisers for the year with a goal of raising $40,000.

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Junior Achievement of Greater Lafayette is hosting their 6th Annual Designer Purse Bingo.

The event will be Wednesday, December 11 and Thursday, December 12 at the Junior Achievement BizTown space located at 3001 South Creasy Lane in Lafayette.

The event is their main fundraiser for the year with a goal of raising $40,000.

The funds will allow them to reach 65 more classrooms and 1,625 students in programming that focuses on financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.

Designers include Kate Spade, Michael Kors and Coach.

Raffles will also be available to win a designer wristlet, crossbody, wallet, sunglasses and jewelry.

They will also be holding a 50/50 and have a Louis Vuitton bag raffle available with tickets $25 each.

There will be a bar available with a variety of wine and beer for purchase.
