It’s hard to know who to trust online. Everyone is selling something. Even I one day hope to mentor some of you. There are fake gurus out there that claim to know how to teach airbnb, business, and real estate. Phonies like Chi Ta trying to sell his course BNB university or Brian Page trying to sell BNB formula. None of these “gurus” have a decade and a half of sales experience or business leadership under their belt in addition to having over 100 properties.
