Hovde, Baldwin propose more business support as startups boom [Video]

Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin and her Republican challenger, Eric Hovde, are both proposing tax cuts and other support for startups as Wisconsin sees a boom in new business formation.

Baldwin and a group of other Democrats in the Senate proposed a bill to increase the maximum startup tax deduction from $5,000 to $50,000.
