As Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign spends tens of millions of dollars across social media to reach young voters, Harris campaigned in Wisconsin Thursday, trying to convince college students in La Crosse she has a plan to boost the economy. Ed O’Keefe reports from the campaign trail.
