Greenville County Council to reconsider development ordinance [Video]

Greenville County is officially reconsidering its Unified Development Ordinance. The ordinance was adopted at the end of 2024 but was put on pause tonight. Greenville’s UDO was originally passed by Greenville County Council on December 3 and became effective on December 23, 2024. The 600-page document highlighted new regulations and requirements, including zoning and development.
