EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – A global restaurant chain is continuing to grow its footprint in Pennsylvania.
A new location of Wingstop, a fast-casual chain specializing in cooked-to-order classic and boneless chicken wings, chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches, is set to open Jan. 13 at 114 Brown St., Suite 102, in East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, according to Mike Axiotis, president and CEO of Lehigh Valley Restaurant Brands, a locally owned and operated Red Robin and Wingstop franchisee.
The East Stroudsburg location will operate out of a newly constructed, multi-unit retail building near Walmart. The new strip mall also is home to a new Starbucks cafe.
Lehigh Valley Restaurant Brands, which recently rebranded from Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, already operates 11 other regional Wingstop locations, including a month-old location at 614 E. Third St. on Bethehem’s South Side.
