HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) – Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont is announcing $28-million to increase broadband access in 88 towns and cities across Connecticut.

The money is coming from the first round of the state’s ConneCTed Communities Grant Program, which uses money from the American Rescue Plan Act.
