Financial leader making an impact in Northeast Louisiana [Video]

MONROE, La. (KNOE) – Selena Fletcher is on a mission to change lives, one financial lesson at a time.

Fletcher is the founder of Financial Freedom Affiliated LLC. She has dedicated her career to promoting financial literacy in underserved communities and has transformed the financial futures of hundreds in Northeast Louisiana since 2019.

Fletcher’s passion for financial education stems from her own experiences growing up in the small town of Lake Providence, LA. “I got into it because of my background. I didn’t grow up in a family that knew about financial literacy or credit,” she explained.

Through workshops, community events and one-on-one coaching, Fletcher has become a trusted resource for residents looking to achieve financial stability. Her efforts include classes for first-time homebuyers, tax preparation workshops and guidance on building and maintaining credit.
