Ethics and corporate responsibility are hot topics and always have been…given the frailty of the human condition and the temptations of evil that are ever present in our lives. Some people are extremely ethical and some are not. Some go above and beyond the law to do the right thing and others cheat the system at every chance. Sadly, sometimes the ethical business owners go out of business and unethical ones prosper. It is people who are unethical not companies. We often read about Company X deciding to do this or that. Companies don’t make decisions…people do. Companies don’t behave ethically or unethically…people do.
