Parents and community members in Edmond plan to rally Monday morning to support an Edmond North High School student who was told he couldn’t fly his American flag on campus.”He flew this flag last year. This is not something that just started. He’s been flying this flag for quite a while,” Paul Horst, the student’s father, said. Horst said his son, Caleb, was told last week that he couldn’t display his American flag at school.
