Coroner releases autopsy results for Lancaster County man fatally struck by commercial vehicle [Video]

The Lancaster County coroner’s office released the results from the autopsy for a 44-year-old man who died after a commercial vehicle ran him over last month.

According to the coroner, Jason Lutz, of Lancaster County, died from multiple traumatic injuries and acute drug intoxication, which was listed as a “contributing factor.”
