Clemson linebacker says he will return for his senior season [Video]

Wade Woodaz started 12 games this season for the Tigers who earned a trip to the College Football Playoff.

CLEMSON, S.C. — Clemson junior linebacker Wade Woodaz will be around for his senior season.

The veteran who started 12 games in 2024 says he will return in 2025, making that announcement Tuesday on social media featuring a former bodybuilder turned actor.

This season, Woodaz recorded 82 tackles, nine tackles for loss, three sacks, to go with three forced fumbles.

During his three-year career in the Upstate, Woodaz has 130 total tackles, 30 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks and four forced fumbles.

Woodaz’s decision will give the Tigers an experienced quarterback for the defense for 2025.
