C&C appoints Sanjay Nakra as independent non-executive director [Video]

C&C Group has appointed Sanjay Nakra to its board as an independent non-executive director.

Nakra is a senior corporate finance leader with more than two decades of experience in investment banking in Europe, the US and Canada.

He was managing director and co-group head for diversified industries at TD Securities from 2010 to 2021, after serving as the company’s managing director and group head for technology, infrastructure and investment banking from 2006 to 2010.

“I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Sanjay Nakra to the Board,” said Ralph Findlay, chair and CEO of C&C Group.

“He brings a wealth of international corporate and capital markets expertise spanning three decades which will further augment the board’s existing capabilities.
