PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The Portland Trail Blazers’ schedule for the second annual NBA Cup was revealed Tuesday.
The in-season tournament, which debuted last season, features all 30 NBA teams. The Los Angeles Lakers won the inaugural tournament.
The Blazers revealed their schedule for group play on social media, featuring the Oregon Zoo’s legendary dunking sea otter, Eddie.
Portland will host the Minnesota Timberwolves on November 12, travel to face the Houston Rockets on November 22, return home to host the Sacramento Kings on November 29, and face the Los Angeles Clippers at the new Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California on December 3.
The eight teams with the best records in group play will advance to the quarterfinals, hosted at teams’ home arenas. The semifinals and championship game will be played in Las Vegas.
