Ballot printing company takes responsibility for misprinted ballots in St. Clair County [Video]

ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – Due to what is being called a “printing issue,” some ballots in St. Clair County were missing the state-wide and local amendments; because of that, polling hours at some precincts have been extended until 9 p.m.

In a social media post, Probate Judge Andrew Weathington said the first round of corrected paper ballots is on its way to St. Clair County. Corrected ballots will begin arriving at polling locations between 1:30 and 1:45 p.m. and will continue to arrive in similar intervals for the remainder of the day.

You must be in line by 9 p.m. to vote. All ballots submitted before polling locations were instructed to cease distribution of the incorrect ballots will be counted.
