Meta is under scrutiny for allegedly suppressing content from reproductive health organizations including Aid Access, Hey Jane, Plan C and Women on Web.
According to a recent report from The New York, these groups have experienced content removals, shadow banning and account suspensions across Facebook and Instagram, making it harder for them to connect with audiences seeking abortion-related resources.
The tech giant attributed some removals to “over-enforcement” and reinstated certain posts following media inquiries, but the broader issue remains: can mission-driven brands trust Meta to reliably deliver their messages?
