Alvarez & Marsa to ‘target new hires’ as it opens it first office in Ireland [Video]

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has opened its first office in Ireland and is expected to make a number of hires later this year.

Niall Flood has already joined as Head of Corporate Finance in Ireland and will work out of the firm’s new office in Dublin.

Mr Flood brings more than 15 years of M&A and leveraged finance experience.

He specialises in advising entrepreneurs, investors and management teams of privately owned and publicly listed companies on raising debt and equity funding, acquisitions and sale/exit strategy.

He also helps clients secure private equity investment to drive corporate growth agendas and assist shareholders in realising their investments.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr Flood spent over 10 years with KPMG, in the Corporate Finance practice, where he co-led mid-market M&A Advisory in Ireland.

He has advised clients across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) and Healthcare.
