On Monday’s professional development day, students won’t be in class — but their teachers will be. David Tranter, an associate professor at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, will be teaching educators about social and emotional development. Tranter spoke to CBC News: Compass host Louise Martin about what kind of learning will be going on in the classroom when the students aren’t there.
