Billings nominated for Walter Payton Man of the Year Award [Video]

(670 The Score) Bears defensive lineman Andrew Billings was nominated by his team for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, a prestigious honor that recognizes on-field excellence and positive impact in the community.

Billings makes a difference off the field through the Billings Family Find-A-Away Foundation, which focuses on youth development, educational opportunities and community investment.

Billings, 29, has been with the Bears since 2023. He played eight games this season before suffering a season-ending pectoral injury that required surgery.

One player from each of the NFL’s 32 teams is nominated for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, which is presented during Super Bowl weekend.
