I want to talk about how I initially got involved in this business. I met someone at church who I was very fond of. They were very intelligent, very respectful, very gifted, and they were having the hardest time finding a job and we’re willing to wash cars clean windows, do anything just to make a living to take care of their family . They were ashamed of their circumstances. I wanted to create some thing that would give them a chance because of their prison record, they could not start their own business and pass a background check, but my business was background checked, as the owner was background checked, and although he couldn’t go to all my security clearance clients once I open the business, he could do HOA and non-resident work, as well as commercial work at night and commercial work when the business was closed, so I initially open this business for him and then I hired professionals to train him on drywall mold, remediation, flooring, cabinetry, and the rest is history.
