The Experian Support Hub aims to transform how disabled people engage with service providers, giving businesses an easily accessible platform for their disabled customers.

Brands2Life’s first goal was to launch the Experian Support Hub and reach one million people with earned media, organic social media, and influencer activity. The agency then recruited essential service providers and drove interest among senior management in service providers. The agency’s third goal was to generate brand awareness with disabled audiences by building advocacy with disabled groups and creators.
