Supercuts is super sick of being the butt of bad haircut jokes, and is offering critics a Super Dumb Coupon to add a $50 fee to any haircut service. The printable coupon, which launched Tuesday, will “Add cost. Nothing else” for customers avoiding Supercuts and its affordable services for fear of bad quality haircuts. 

Supercuts collaborated with Rise and Shine Partners for the social media campaign, which will extend to November 24.

Tongue-in-cheek campaign videos star Supercuts’ chief digital officer John Davi flipping through a “Supermean Posts About Supercuts” book featuring critics’ X comments. 

Davi’s “compelling authenticity” gave the campaign more “punch” than an actor could, said Rise and Shine Partners chief creative officer Matt Burgess.
