Man caught on camera swiping the tip jar off the counter at Tiffanys Pizza in Monroe [Video]

MONROE, Mich. (WTVG) – A quick grab, and he’s gone. Video shows a man inside Tiffany’s Pizza, 128 N. Monroe St, Monroe, Michigan, walking past the counter and snatching the tip jar. Employees said he was not a customer because he never even placed an order.

“Didn‘t have any orders. He just walked in and was out in like two minutes, if that,” said Vaughn Robbins, manager of this Tiffany’s Pizza location. “Didn’t see (the jar) anywhere, so we went and checked the cameras and noticed that the dude came and he like walked around the store a little bit and he pretended like he was going to the bathroom, grabbed some napkins, and then as he was walking out, he just like plucked it right up and was out of here.”

The theft happened at 9:22 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 14, 2024. Workers at the pizza shop say Mondays …
