Prosecutors in the case of Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student from Georgia, are pushing back against efforts to suppress crucial evidence. The suspect, 26-year-old Venezuelan migrant Jose Antonio Ibarra, was captured on video allegedly disposing of bloody clothes and gloves shortly after the murder.
