GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Maru Sushi on Bridge Street NW in Grand Rapids has closed.
The business announced on social media that effective Sunday, Aug. 18 it had closed and merged with another Maru location, 927 Cherry St. SE.
“After much deliberation, we’ve determined that this is the best decision to better care for our teams and guests, allowing us to focus our efforts more intentionally on one location in this region,” the company said on Facebook. “Although this decision wasn’t easy, we are excited to provide an even better workplace and dining experience as we continue to grow.”
The Maru location that closed is located at 415 Bridge St. NW.
