A new video shows a surge in pickpocketing incidents, raising concerns among people and businesses in major cities.”I was walking with my friend and one of the pickpocketers tried to bump into him and snatch his chain,” Mohamed Ahmed said.Ahmed decided to follow the pickpockets from a distance and filmed their activities on a recent Saturday night in San Diego.”Usually they work in groups of three.
