Arby’s Potato Cakes Are Back And Kyle MacLachlan Is Their Leader (Exclusive) [Video]

Kyle MacLachlan, the face of cult classics like David Lynch‘s 1986 film Blue Velvet and the ’90s mystery series Twin Peaks, is taking on a new role: the Leader of Arby’s Potato Cakes.

On July 1, the sandwich chain announced that their fan-favorite side, the Potato Cake, is returning to menus nationwide for a limited time. The Fallout actor is partnering with the brand to share the news of “The Order of Potato Cakes.”

In one promotional video shared by Arby’s, MacLachlan is seen uncovering a glowing Potato Cake from the ground. In another, the star narrates an “orientation” video for the Order of Arby’s Potato Cakes, and urges fans to “fulfill the prophecy” of “true Potato Cake enlightenment.”
