The most successful Coach or Speaker isn’t always the most talented Coach or Speaker. It’s often the one with the best marketing. Here are the top 10 strategies you need to grow your business. You might be using some of these, but probably not all, which means you’re missing out on big opportunities!

1. Leverage Social Media:
Use Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create short videos, stories, ask questions, make engaging posts, connect with other businesses, use hashtags, follow trends, use polls, and collaborate. Use social media time to create, not just scroll!

2. Add a Hook and Call to Action:
Make your content attention-grabbing and ask something of your audience. Use visual hooks (action shots, emotions), audio hooks (trending songs), text hooks (shocking facts), and emotional hooks (inspiration, curiosity). Ask your audience to follow, like, comment, or check out your website.

3. Offer Value:
Give away lots of value for free—webinars, tutorials, podcasts, free samples, and consultations. The more value you give, the more people will want to follow and buy from you.

4. Be Authentic:
Show who you really are. Share your flaws and fears. Be yourself and your audience will trust and like you.

5. Tell a Story:
Share your origin story, customer success stories, or how you overcame challenges. Stories with conflict and resolution, real characters, and lessons are memorable and connect with your audience.

6. Focus on Quality:
High-quality photos and videos make your business look professional and trustworthy. Invest in good equipment and editing.

7. Use Customer Testimonials:
People trust other people’s opinions more than yours. Get as many video or written testimonials as you can to build trust.

8. Be Consistent:
Post quality content regularly, ideally every day or every other day. Plan and batch your content to stay consistent.

9. Use a Variety of Videos:
Have a brand video, testimonial videos, short videos, ad videos, and educational videos. Different videos serve different purposes like building trust, generating leads, and educating your audience.

10. Measure and Adapt:
See what works and make adjustments. Keep up with trends and adapt your strategies. Try new things, fail, learn, and find what works best.
